Refund policy
At Madame Hall, we want you to love your purchase. We do our best to provide clear product descriptions and measurements to help you make the right choice. If you have any questions about the suitability of an item, please reach out to Lisa for quick clarification before placing your order.
If you receive an item that is not as described, please contact Lisa within 1 week of delivery to discuss the return.
• All returns must be pre-approved.
• Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags attached.
• Custom-made orders are not eligible for return or refund.
For international orders, please note that returns can be expensive due to customs and import duties. We recommend contacting Lisa with any questions prior to purchase to avoid this situation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method (or as store credit, if preferred).
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was not as described.
